Settings & Changing Base currency

You can easily customize things for your needs by accessing the app Settings.

Accessing Available Settings
  • Tap the Gear icon located in the top-right corner above the graph. This will take you to the Settings menu:
    • Authentication: Enable or Disabled the app authentication for extra security.
    • Years of Forecast: Adjust the number of years for your financial forecast.
    • Default Warning Amounts: Set a default warning threshold. This can be customized for each account individually if needed.
    • Graph Type/Style: Choose your preferred graph type or style for data visualization.
    • Base Currency: Change the app's default currency to match your preferred currency. Important: all existing Plans will remain under the previous currency so they will need to be re-created as needed.

NOTE: Remember to tap Save to apply these changes. The ability to change the default currency is available only in the CashFlow+ app other apps like Fiance do not have this ability.

Crypto Configuration

  • Growth and Volatility Defaults: Customize the growth and volatility parameters for cryptocurrencies in the Crypto Config section.


Categories & Accounts

  • Category & Account Names: Rename, reorder or remove any Category or Account to better reflect your financial tracking.
  • While you currently can't have an account in another currency, you can have an Asset Account that only uses assets of that other currency which in effect should be the same. Simply setup an asset with that "other currency" and assign it to a new account.


Other Options

  • Export & Import Data: Export your financial data as needed.
  • Erase all Data
  • Help - Contact Support: Reach out to support for any assistance.
    • Repeat the Tutorial: Restart the tutorial on using the app.
